Service Description

Before Thelma Wells was known as Women of Faith speaker, she was known as the final word in Customer Service. As the first African American Assistant Vice President of a major bank in Texas, Thelma not only rose to the ranks in banking but got her start teaching bank officers, customer service reps and staff how to put customers first and how to deal with difficult people. Training is still in her blood and she's still teaching on CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST, BEE THE BEST and LEADERSHIP.
