Dr. Gail is the founder and CEO of the Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Network where she helps women to handle their business where they do business, in the work place and as entrepreneurs. She also served as the founder and Director of the European Executive Women’s Forum, the first active European Network of the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). She hosted the first European conference and appeared in Executive Female, the official publication for the organization.
