THELMA WELLS PROVIDES WINNING STRATEGIES FOR 2010 - 9 Powerful Testimonies to Overcome Struggles

Dallas, TEXAS - December 10, 2009 - - International speaker Thelma Wells wants to provide women with winning strategies to start 2010 after so many have faced struggles with finances, family, health and broken dreams in 2009. She is taking her "Ready to Win" retreat to Grapevine, Texas Monday January 18, 2010 (Martin Luther King Day). The retreat will be held at the Palace Arts Center, 400 N. Main in Grapevine, Texas from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Mrs. Wells, who herself survived a death bed life changing experience that revealed the words of one of her 18 books, "God Is Not Through With Me Yet", will be joined by eight other high-powered women speakers who will share their testimonies:

• Allison Bottke, author of Setting Boundaries with Your Adult Children, talks about how to maintain your sanity when dealing with out-of-control adult children.
• Karol Ladd, author of The Power of a Positive Woman, is the emcee for the retreat. Karol was chosen for her positive outlook on life and her keen ability to make every woman feel special.
• Ellen Miller, author of The One Year Book of Inspiration for Girlfriends, shows you how to live a life of uncommon joy despite the heartbreak of a drug addicted loved one.
• Tracey Mitchell, CEO of Revolution Ministries, shares how God has a plan of success, joy and hope despite a roller-coaster life of pain, rejection and drama.
• Wendie Pett, fitness expert, shares how she started a business despite facing impossible odds as a single mom with no money or support.
• Sonja Samuel, empowerment strategist, and author of When I Accepted Me, shows how life's situations are never hopeless with God.
• Jennifer Strickland, author of Girl Perfect and former high fashion model, will share how she overcame abuse and low self-esteem at the height of her career.
• Debbie Stuart, Director of Women's Ministries at Prestonwood Baptist Church, shares how God can help you live above your circumstances despite your trials and suffering.
• Comedienne Kerri Pomarolli has been seen on NBC, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Comedy Central, Lifetime, Hallmark, Oxygen and ABC Family. She and Wells will host a Girl's Night Out event on Saturday, January 16, 2009 at Agape Christian Fellowship, 2350 E. Mayfield Rd , Arlington , TX 76014 , prior to Monday's conference. Then on Monday, she will share her personal testimony of overcoming fears to pursue her dreams.

Vocalist Babbie Mason will sing at the retreat including the song she penned especially for Thelma Wells' conference the "Ready to Win" theme song.
